license auth wizard for V.22 -- problem with admin access on mac
Apologies if this has been asked before.
On attempting to renew my license for V.22 (standalone) on an iMac (OS 10.11.5), I am told that I can’t because admin priviledges are required. The account I’m logged in on already has admin privileges, and another account I have set up that also has admin privileges gives the same result.
I expect there is some simple fix, but would appreciate any pointers.
