Table looks

Matthew Hoover
Hello SPSSers,

In previous versions of SPSS, I was able to change the chart styles to default to an "academic" style.  It saves a lot of time to have output that is pretty much in a format that we can use for reports/ articles.  We just upgraded our SPSS licenses here to version 24 and I can't seem to change the chart styles.  The options I have should look like this:

SPSS TableLooks Screen Example As Displayed

But all that I have is "system default".

Is there a way to import the various style options?

Thanks!!

Matt

There should be a looks directory in your SPSS Statistics installation directory. The looks directory contains all the table looks installed with the application. If your installed version is not looking in that directory by default, you can change it in Edit>Options>Pivot Tables. Click Browse to navigate to the looks directory, and then click Set TableLooks Directory.

If there is no looks directory or it is empty, you might try reinstalling.
